3.1 Goods supplied from the website are supplied by Taashki LLC. Your submission of an order through our online store (located at http://www.taashki.com/store/) represents an offer to purchase the Goods indicated by you and it is not binding on us until we have notified you that an order is accepted. All advertisements and communications until your order is accepted by us should be treated as invitations only and are not offers. This means that if Goods are shown on the website, but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Taashki shall not be obliged to sell you those goods.

3.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order (usually 72 hours after the order has been placed). We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email containing the details of the transaction. When we dispatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately. The purchase contract will not be made if we have notified you that we do not accept your order or your order has been cancelled.

3.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3.4 All measurements of the Goods sold on this website are approximate. Taashki reserves the right to change the measurements of these Goods at any time, without advance notice. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colors shown on this website, colors of Goods may vary depending on the settings of your monitor, software or printer and Taashki is not responsible for any color variations you may perceive when browsing our online store, or when ordering Goods from us.

4. Pricing

4.1 All prices shown on this website are in United States Dollars (US$). We reserve the right to change all prices without prior notification to website users at any time.

4.2 Prices on this website do not include sales tax (except for South Carolina sales tax), customs duties and customs taxes. Customers in the state of South Carolina USA are required to pay a 7% sales tax. International customers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes in their respective countries.

4.3 Shipping rates and terms are set out in our Shipping section shown elsewhere on this Website.

4.4 Special promotions and sale prices you may see in stores that carry Taashki handbags do not necessarily apply to Taashki.com, and vice versa.

5. Cancellations and Returns

5.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us by email to info@taashki.com within 2 days (48 hours) from your order date, and preferably before we have dispatched the goods to you. Taashki reserves the right to deny or accept cancellations at our discretion without providing any reason. If we accept your cancellation, we will send you a cancellation notification and you will receive a gift certificate for your full order amount or a full refund. If we have already dispatched the goods to you, you must send the item back to us unused, in its original condition and original packaging and not damaged in any way, within 7 days of receiving your cancellation notification at your cost. Once the item has been received and processed, we will charge you a restocking fee of US$25 and either send you a gift certificate with the balance amount that you may use towards a future purchase, or send you a refund (minus the restocking fee).

5.2 If you wish to exchange the item you have ordered for another Taashki handbag, you must notify us by email to info@taashki.com within 14 days from your order date, preferably before we have dispatched the goods to you. Please ensure you put your name, contact details, your order number and the item you wish to exchange in your email, and we will contact you with an exchange confirmation. Taashki reserves the right to deny or accept exchanges at our discretion without providing any reason. If we accept your exchange, we will send you an exchange notification and you will receive the item you wanted.  If we have already dispatched the goods to you, you must send the item back to us unused, in its original condition and original packaging and not damaged in any way, within 7 days of your exchange notification at your cost and pay a restocking fee of US$25. Once the item has been received and processed, we will send you the item you requested.

5.3 The rights to cancel or exchange the Goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.

6.1 Please be aware that as you visit and navigate the Taashki website, your use of our website is subject to applicable laws governing ownership and use of intellectual property, including our trademarks and copyrights.
